Where VLQ Comes From
Faucet payouts come from VORLIQ_TREASURY. The faucet never creates VLQ from SYSTEM and cannot pay when the treasury is not funded.
The Vorliq faucet helps new users test real product flows with a small starter amount of VLQ when the community treasury has funds available. It does not mint coins and it does not bypass the blockchain.

An approved claim creates a pending transaction from the treasury to the wallet. The claim is pending until a miner includes that transaction in a block.
The default starter amount is 1 VLQ. A wallet can claim once every 24 hours, and a request fingerprint is limited to three claims every 24 hours to reduce abuse.
A single claim cannot exceed 10 percent of the confirmed treasury balance. If the treasury balance is too low, the faucet returns a treasury unavailable state instead of creating a transaction.
Users only provide a public wallet address. Never enter a private key, wallet password, recovery material, admin token, or personal secret to claim starter VLQ.
Faucet access depends on treasury funding, rate limits, and abuse controls. Starter VLQ is for testing the Vorliq network and is not a guaranteed entitlement.
